Green Door Lofts -Magnolia Loft, Silos/Downtown

Our group of 19 ladies had a great stay in the lofts and have stayed there numerous times. The owner is onsite and is so very easy to work with. Not to mention that the lofts are all unique, beautiful, and downtown within walking distance to lots of things. You will be happy if you stay there‼️

We had a fabulous stay at Green Door Lofts! The location is perfect for Baylor activities and downtown. We were able to easily walk to the Silos for lunch and had a quick drive to other meals and activities. Jim has thought of everything and the lofts are beautifully designed, decorated and well appointed! We will be back!!

Pros: Absolute great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Location is perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Also has games in room and hallways so you can have a quiet night in as well. Can’t wait to stay again. Simple and easy suggestions: Need hand towels so we don’t feel like we’re wasting paper towels on everything. Also, have extra pens/pencils and paper for games.

WOW!!! Everything was just "WOW!" My family and I have stayed in many vacation rentals all over the US over the past decade and this has been the BEST experience we have had by far! First, as soon as we walked into the Magnolia Loft unit, we were immediately impressed. It was like a breath of fresh air to walk into a unit that is very, very, VERY CLEAN and smelling fresh! We were greeted into the loft with a binder of all things Waco and a delicious homemade coffeecake made by the owner's mom. The set up and layout of the loft felt open and airy, light and bright, spacious and comfortable. The decor, furnishings, mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, appliances, kitchenware, etc, were all of *high quality* and top notch, everything felt high end. It was absolutely beautiful and clean! The unit was fully-equipped and fully-stocked with all essentials we could possibly need for our stay, from toiletries, to coffee & cream, to umbrellas for our rainy weekend, the loft was stocked with everything we needed. Amenities also included garage parking, a dipping pool, and multiple picturesque sitting areas. The location of the Green Door Lofts can't be beat – it was central to everything and was within minutes of wherever you'd want to go in Waco – Magnolia Market, Silos, Baylor University, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Finally, the owner, Jim, was the most gracious host we have ever met. He went over and above to make us feel welcomed and at home. He was always available, communicative, and responsive. From check-in to check-out, everything was simple and carefree. Staying at the Green Door Lofts was truly a delightful experience that was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
