Green Door Lofts-Stained Glass Loft

Jim was extremely kind to allow us to stay an additional day due to 2026 snowmaggedon! This loft was adorable and extremely spacious. Great places to shop , eat, and drink all within walking distance. Thanks so much Jim! PS, wish we could have met your famous cats!!!

It is always special to stay at The Green Door Lofts when in Waco. They are so well done and right in the downtown area. Dr O is the best and makes you feel so welcome. I highly recommend these whether you need one bedroom or up to 4, you will be happy staying here.

Having never spent the night in Waco before, we were faced with finding a comfortable place to stay while here for 4 days for a gymnastics competition. The "brand name" hotels were not really looking very appealing, and the specialty hotels from a certain TV couple did not look very inviting for a family stay. We were so grateful to have stumbled upon the "Green Door Lofts"! My wife and daughter do not give out compliments on my hotel/AirBnB selections very often, but they both agreed that the "Stained Glass Suite" was perfect in every way! After a long day exploring Waco and competing un gymnastics, it was so refreshing to enter the green door and escape to out downtown oasis. The pool was perfect to cool down, and the second floor deck was the perfect people watching spot to watch the evening crowds of Waco. There are many excellent restaurants and bars within a one block radius, allowing my wife and I to get out and have a drink while our gymnast rested (highly recommend Marie's Wine Bar across the street). Thanks to Jim and his guard cats for their hospitality, we will definitely be back the next time we visit Waco!!

The Green Door lofts is the perfect vacation spot when visiting Baylor and Waco! Our four bedroom loft had everything we needed and our favorite part was the French press, bean bags and extra blankets! The atmosphere across the street was amazing… great music, Italian food and wine bar. Loved it!

I wish there were 10 stars reviews because our time in Waco at the Green Door Lofts was nothing short of amazing. My son got married last week in Waco and I had family come from all over the Country and I was hoping we could all be together and not stuck in different hotel rooms. The Green Door Lofts was absolutley the perfect spot. We rented the Stain Glass Loft and my family rented others Lofts. we had a wonderful time visiting and catching up. The Lofts were very clean and all had a super fun vibe to them. Lots of space to visit and the beds were clean and COMFORTABLE. The Owner Jim was very welcoming and informative. The private parking garage and private pool was a major plus. I do not normally write reviews but I keep thinking about what a special time it was for us as a family and would highly rec it to anyone coming to Waco!
